If you're currently employed at a K-12 or degree granting school, then you can buy most products at special academic discounts! You can purchase for use in school or to complete work at home. If your school is purchasing for classroom, lab or administrative use, go to the Schools page of our website.

You must send in ONE of the forms below, dated for the current semester, along with a Photo ID.

A link to your school Faculty web page
Faculty ID dated for the current semester or school year
Letter of Employment on school letterhead
Most recent Pay Stub (cross out confidential information)

Special Restrictions

Not all manufacturers offer discounts to teachers, faculty and administration. Some manufacturers require full-time employment. Letters must be signed by by school officials.

How long is your eligibility kept on file:

Academic eligibility is kept on file for 12 months. If you have received an order within the last 12 months, your eligibility is on file. Simply reply back to the eligibility email by typing ON FILE.

After placing your initial order, or if you haven't ordered in the last 12 months, simply email id@academicsuperstore.com or fax 1-866-947-4525 a legible copy of the proper eligibility document.

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX OR APO BOX is not allowed.
ORDERING OF MULTIPLES of the same products is not always allowed.
DO NOT FORGET TO SUBMIT photo ID for Adobe or Avid products
MISSING REQUIRED FORMS Some manufacturer's require special forms.
