The Fine Print
- There is no limit of entries per person. An entry is defined as a correctly formatted and submitted Tweet or Facebook post.
- The contest is void where prohibited by law. Contestants must be 18 years or older and be residents of the United States. Academic Superstore and its parent company are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet or e-mail computer entries.
- Winners will be notified publicly using Twitter and Facebook. If a winner does not meet the eligibility requirements Academic Superstore reserves the right to disqualify a contestant. Academic Superstore is the sole judge of a valid and complete entry.
- Winners release Academic Superstore from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the contest or the use or receipt of any prizes. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize. Employees or similarly affiliated persons working with or for Academic Superstore or its vendors are not eligible to participate.
- Eligible respondents agree to be bound by these official rules and agree to release Academic Superstore and its parent company (Journey Education Marketing INC.), and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
- Prizes will be awarded to seven randomly selected Facebook participants and seven randomly selected Twitter participants after the contest on November 4, 2009. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and there are no cash substitutions.
- This contest begins at 12:01 am Central Daylight Time on 10/28/09 and ends at 11:59pm Central Standard Time on 11/03/09.
